I had a good experience purchasing a used truck from Coggins of the Berkshires. The salesperson was pleasant and helpful to work with. The only negative was having to wait for parts to arrive before I could take possession of my truck. Communication about that subject could have been easier. I'm definitely pleased with my experience and would utilize Coggins in the future.

Coggins is the first dealership I have gone to in the last 8 years. I of course didn’t know what to expect, especially with cars and prices nowadays, but Robert and everyone else at Coggins was so helpful and communicative. The vehicle was not at the Pittsfield location when we stopped in to inquire about it. Robert said he would have it brought down from the Vermont location and we made an appointment to come back and see it. The vehicle was there just as he said it would be. There were no games, We didn’t have to sit around in a showroom room all day. We made a deal came back the next day and picked up the vehicle. I felt as though Goggins wanted to do business with me. They took care of all the paperwork for the new registration. They told us it would be available on Friday to pick up with the second key. Easy process, no pressure, superior service to buying from a brand dealership

The car I was initially interested in had been sold right before I got there. Courtney asked if there had been any other cars I was interested in. I named a couple and instead of recommending the more expensive one, he recommended the one that would work better for me for what I want and could afford. We did have to wait for them to get it in but as soon as they had it, I was able to test it out. Rob made sure we were taken care of from the test drive to the paperwork. They moved everything quickly and efficiently and were upfront and great to work with. Highly recommend Coggins of the Berkshire and Rob and Courtney!!

I simply couldn’t be happier with my recent experience at Coggins of Pittsfield, and I’m writing this both to say ‘thank you’, and to encourage potential car buyers to do yourselves a favor and visit Coggins, on East Street & online. I’d recently begun searching for a quality used vehicle, but I hadn’t found much to fit my budget - much less my preferences. Fortunately (&, I think, serendipitously) I happened to call Coggins to ask about a fine-looking Jeep I’d seen on their East Street lot. From that phone call to taking delivery, Marco, Ryan, Courtney, Jeff & Scott could not have been more courteous, accommodating, considerate, thoughtful and professional. Each and all did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. Ryan & Courtney were tremendously efficient, and repeatedly available on short notice to accommodate my short timetable, with Ryan volunteering - twice - to make round trips to bring me from Dalton to Coggins and back to accommodate my eager anticipation, brief timeframe & (then-) complete lack of transport. I picked up the vehicle 10 days ago, and I’m thrilled - not only because I love the vehicle, but because I’d been close to buying a used, less suitable (for me) Toyota Camry from another dealer - and my ‘new’ Jeep (from Coggins) cost nearly $10k LESS than the Camry!
