The car I was initially interested in had been sold right before I got there. Courtney asked if there had been any other cars I was interested in. I named a couple and instead of recommending the more expensive one, he recommended the one that would work better for me for what I want and could afford. We did have to wait for them to get it in but as soon as they had it, I was able to test it out. Rob made sure we were taken care of from the test drive to the paperwork. They moved everything quickly and efficiently and were upfront and great to work with. Highly recommend Coggins of the Berkshire and Rob and Courtney!!

I came here last Tuesday to look at a car I was interested in and I ended up buying it the same day! buying a car can be extremely taxing, but i can’t recommend coggins enough. the car we originally called about was at another location, but they were generous enough to bring it to pittsfield for us, calling periodically to update us on its status and assuring we had first dibs. rob and courtney couldn’t be more helpful, extremely easygoing while being straightforward, they took the time to listen and address all of our concerns, making the process a lot less stressful. we love our subaru and will continue to do business with coggins in the future.
